There’s a new fine dining venue on the Dubai restaurant scene. Bisou, a fusion of French classics with a Middle Eastern twist, is set to open in March at Dubai Opera Plaza. The interior, designed by award-winning architect Tristan Du Plessis, features a blend of French and Middle Eastern influences, inspired by the romance of a French librarian and an Arabic poet. Expect signature dishes like Foie Gras terrine with apricots and dates tahini with yuzu black caviar. The restaurant will be part of the Metafoodies Restaurant Management group, alongside the new Japanese-Mediterranean restaurant, Alba.
Literature-Inspired Concept
Chefs Vladimir Chistyakov and Alexander Loshinin have created a menu that celebrates the simple pleasures of life, with mixed drinks inspired by French literary giants and Middle Eastern folktales. The name ‘Bisou,’ French for kiss, sets the romantic mood for an evening of culinary delights.
Everyday Magic
Bisou aims to provide an unmatched taste and atmosphere for guests, inviting them to step inside and experience everyday magic through attention to detail, warm ambience, and unparalleled food offerings. The restaurant is poised to become a go-to destination for those seeking a unique dining experience in Dubai.
