A new 20,000-square-foot Thukher club is set to open in Al Khawaneej area of Dubai, designed to be a community hub for senior citizens. This space will offer a range of wellness, social, and cultural services tailored to the elderly population in the city.

- Thukher Card: Senior citizens in Dubai can benefit from the Thukher Card, an electronic card that offers additional benefits from private companies and government institutions throughout the city.
