Located on the hotel rooftop with a concept developed by Jean Imbert, High Society serves hotel guests at the pool during the day and in the evening the mixed drinks bar transforms into a nighttime venue with a large selection of bubbly, grape and beverages. The big draw? 180-degree views across Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and D3. The venue, which sits adjacent to the infinity pool, gives indoor and outdoor vibes. Jara by Martín Berasategui

Located on the 18th floor of The Lana, Jara by Martín Berasategui is all about ‘cooking with love.’ Developed by Berasategui, Jara serves up Basque cuisine. Named after the chef’s granddaughter, Jara’s menu is centered around charcoal-grilled meats and seafood. Some of the other highlights on the menu include tomato tartare with stracciatella, oysters with Martín Berasategui’s gazpacho, grilled octopus, kokotxas casserole with clams, whole blue lobster, seabass supreme, Australian Wagyu t-bone steak, Spanish baby lamb shoulder and more. Adjacent to the restaurant is Jara Bar, a lounge and bar concept that’s perfect for post-dinner, Jara Bar offers pintxos and creative mixed drinks to choose from, inspired by the sea, the land, and the fire. Bonbon Café Angelo Musa
