As the city recovers from last week’s record-breaking storm, there are still many local shops and restaurants in Dubai struggling to get back on their feet.

Although the worst of the weather has passed, flooding and other damages are still having an impact.

With many places still unable to open and others only just back up and running, there is no better time to show some local support.

Whether it’s volunteering for the clear up or just giving them a follow on social media, here are some of the worst affected.

Located in Green Community West, the Lebanese and Iranian restaurant is a popular local eatery.
