Taking place on the terrace of Ciel Spa, this boxing class lets you unleash your inner powerhouse with epic al fresco views. Tape up those gloves, because this boxing-inspired fitness class throws a good punch when it comes workouts.

Powered by music, you can right hook your way through one-hour of full-body workout, leaving you feeling suitably energised and inspired. To wrap up your weekend into one easy package, you can do the Punch & Brunch package, adding breakfast and Privilege pool access too. Oh, and you’ll also get 30 per cent off Ciel Spa treatments too, in case you need a little pampering after your punching.

Take your workout waterside with a visit to Riva Beach Club. This gorgeous spot on Palm Jumeirah has loads of outdoor wellness activities courtesy of Ignite Water Sports, such as Stand-up Paddleboarding, E-foiling, kayaking. There’s even an ice plunge for those feeling brave. However, its beach yoga sessions are what will set you up for the day, rejuvenating your mind, body and soul before you start your daily to-do list. To give you a little visual inspiration whilst you learn your lotus position, workouts are set to a backdrop of Burj Al Arab. The best thing is? Once you’ve worked up a sweat, you can dive into the pool or a dip in the sea to cool off.
