The one-off dining experience is coming to Row on 45, where guests will be treated to a staggering 17 courses during the evening. Hosted by renowned chef Jason Atherton, he will be joined by Chef Mohamad Orfali and Chef Grégoire Berger as the trio work to serve dishes including Blue Lobster and Artichoke or Bafun Uni with Norweigan Langoustine Custard and Hokkaide Scallop. Head up in the Dubai Balloon
Head up and away on one of Dubai’s newer attractions, but be sure to book an early morning or evening session to beat the heat.

Have a sound healing session
Spend an evening connecting with your inner emotions as you listen to the tones of Tibetan bowls being rung throughout the room. Located in Al Quoz, the studio will get you to lie down and simply listen to the soothing frequencies, designed to help your mind relax and settle. Or if you would rather something different, the studio hosts sessions in yoga, meditation and even breathwork to ensure you find some inner calm.

Visit Modesh World
The gigantic indoor amusement park is here for the summer, kitting out a whopping 6 halls at Dubai World Trade Centre. Expect some crazy attractions (170 to be precise), with rides, arcade games and VR experiences. Keeping you entertained indoors, be sure to have a go at some of the classic games, how can you say no to a ring toss?

Visit Dubai Sports World
Now open for the summer, the enormous complex has everything you need for a workout, including a fully equipped gym and sports pitches. Covering an impressive 300 square feet, you can book for a quick game of tennis, or bring all your mates for a seven-a-side on the football pitch.

Take part in a huge mall run
Get up bright and early to head to City Centre Mirdif for 7am, where you can join the other runners at the start line inside the mall. The RX Summer Run is now in its third edition. and will get you completing either a 3km, 5km or 850metre distance. Do some window shopping while you burn those calories, and even better – the whole place has air conditioning so you won’t even need to break a sweat.

Get tickets for Social Knockout 3
Returning to the Coca-Cola Arena, the ultimate showfown will see a selection of social media stars go head to head in the ring to fight for the title. Watch the F1 at Vox Cinemas
Rev your engines and grab the popcorn every Sunday as Vox Cinemas shows live screenings of the latest Formula 1 race. From Brazil to Abu Dhabi, you’ll be on the edge of your seat as the roar of the engines blasts through the surround sound. Running with English commentary, you can enjoy the first race of the month on July, which will be livestreamed straight from Silverstone track in the UK.

Check out the Barasti summer tent
The tent is back for summer, but there’s more than just air-conditioned tables this year. The beach club have turned into a fanzone for Euro 2024, which will all come to a head in the final game on July 14. Have a dance at Beat the Heat DXB
The festival is returning for 2024, bringing a range of artists to the stage for the day. Head over to World Trade Centre to catch Jordanian singer Siilaway, before listening to some of the latest hip-hop hits from rising star Marwan Moussa. Part of the Dubai Summer Surprises, be sure to pop in for some two-stepping to avoid the heat outside.

Watch the Euro 2024 final
By this point, you will have definitely been sucked into the Euros hype, and will be desperate to find a good spot to watch the final. Although the teams are still unconfirmed, the game is of course going to be a nail-biter, and who knows, it could be your home country taking home the trophy.

Celebrate women at the 7Art Gallery
The cool new exhibition has now launched and you can check out the ‘volume paintings’ in all their glory at the 7Art Gallery. Visit the new Fibber Magee’s
After 28 years, the iconic Irish pub has opened a second location and you need to pop in to say hello. Laugh the evening away for the second instalment of comedy at Bla Bla this summer.
