Get your dancing shoes on quick – Ushuaïa is coming to Dubai.

The Ibiza institution have announced that it’s time to spend the winter somewhere a little warmer this year, enter the Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience.

A staple of the Mediterranean island, Ushuaïa is known to be a legendary spot for a dance, welcoming the likes of Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Swedish House Mafia to the stage over the years.

For years, clubbers have posted photos at the venue with planes taking off overhead as they party the night away. Now you’ll be able to do the same, but this time you’ll be seeing the glittering lights of Dubai Harbour in the background.

Transforming the venue into the twin of the Ibiza club, you can expect Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour to boast some insane visuals coupled with incredible performers.

Created by the team behind Ushuaïa Dubai and Hi Ibiza in conjunction with the team from Dubai’s Studio A by Addmind Hospitality, get ready for a line-up of international DJs and artists, with names to be announced soon.

As the sun sets on the Ibiza summer, the institution will make sure the party never stops by beginning the Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour winter residency. An official opening date has not yet been announced, but we’ll be the first to let you know when it is.

Speaking about the opening, Yann Pissenem, Founder, CEO & Owner of The Night League, Ushuaïa Entertainment and Hï Ibiza said: “Dubai has always been a city of innovation so we are excited to bring the magic of Ushuaïa events to this spectacular location”.

“The open-air harbour location aligns perfectly with the Ushuaïa brand, and our diverse roster of artists will ensure that every event offers something unique and extraordinary. We are creating an experience that not only brings the best of Ibiza to Dubai, but sets new standards for our industry, not just in this destination, but globally.”

Elie Saba, Managing Partner at Addmind Hospitality also added: “Being a part of this adventure is incredibly exciting and we carry this responsibility with high regard to deliver outstanding events at our Dubai Harbour venue.”

And it seems that Dubai will be looking more and more like Ibiza this winter, with popular beach club O Beach also announcing they will be opening a permanent Dubai venue later this year.

Located just round the corner from Ushuaïa Dubai at Dubai Marina beach front , work is now underway on the venue and is expected to be completed in the next few months.

Spanning over 55,000 square feet, the venue will have both an indoor and outdoor space, including luxury cabanas and showcase VIP beds.

If you don’t fancy a dip in the 4,000-square-foot swimming pool, the new O Beach will also include an elevated restaurant with 360-degree views over the beach.

As if that wasn’t enough, the venue will have a shisha lounge and day bed area next to the sunset beach bar.
