The Launch of Dubai’s New Sightseeing On & Off Bus
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai has unveiled an exciting new sightseeing initiative: the On & Off Bus, designed to take both tourists and residents on a memorable journey to eight of the city’s most iconic attractions. Scheduled to launch in September, this bus service provides a seamless and convenient way to explore Dubai’s most popular landmarks. The route kicks off from the famous Dubai Mall, serving as a gateway for passengers to enjoy the city’s vibrant sights and attractions. The hop-on & hop-off bus concept has gained immense popularity in major cities worldwide, and now Dubai is joining in on the fun. Stops on the Dubai Hop On & Off Bus Route
The bus will embark from Dubai Mall and will make a total of nine stops, showcasing eight of the city’s key attractions. The stops include:
- Dubai Mall
- Dubai Frame
- Heritage Village
- Museum of the Future
- Gold Souk
- La Mer Beach
- Jumeirah Mosque
- City Walk
- Al Ghubaiba Metro, Bus and Marine Transport Station
According to the RTA, the On & Off Bus aims to attract both residents and visitors, encouraging them to enjoy the city’s iconic landmarks and tourist attractions.
Ticket Prices for the Dubai On & Off Bus
Traveling on the new bus service will cost Dhs35 per person. This ticket grants you all-day access, allowing you the flexibility to hop on and off at any point along the route.
Frequency of the Dubai On & Off Bus
The buses will depart every hour from Dubai Mall, operating daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, starting in September.
Duration of the Journey on the Dubai On & Off Bus
The RTA estimates that a complete journey covering each landmark and the Al Ghubaiba Station will take approximately two hours.
