With tickets starting at Dhs120 for kids and Dhs200 for adults (with free entry for children under 4), you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of an Oasis concert without the hassles of long ticket queues or travel arrangements for next year’s reunion tour in the UK.
The UK’s premier Oasis tribute band, Oasish, will take the stage at The Irish Village in Garhoud on Saturday, October 19, bringing the same energy, sound, and visual experience that fans have come to love. But the excitement doesn’t stop with Oasis! Attendees can also enjoy performances from tribute acts covering the music of Arctic Monkeys, Queen, and even Britney Spears. In addition to these specific tributes, two acts will present broader musical eras. The first, Monsters of Rock, will showcase hits from legendary rock bands of the 80s and 90s, including Deep Purple, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard, Guns N’ Roses, and Metallica. Uniquely, you’ll also find hits from Blur featured alongside Oasis, as the tribute act BritPop will entertain the crowd with songs from other notable mid-90s Britpop bands like Pulp, Supergrass, The Verve, Ocean Colour Scene, The La’s, Primal Scream, The Wonderstuff, and James.
Interestingly, the festival will also host tributes to two popular acts set to perform in the UAE this year: Maroon 5 and Kasabian. Launched in Bahrain back in 2011, Trib Fest has made its mark in Dubai, having been held twice before, including earlier this year.
