Dubai Set to Unveil the World’s Highest Nightclub
Exciting news has emerged from Dubai, as plans are underway for what is anticipated to be the world’s highest nightclub. The Burj Azizi, one of the most eagerly awaited major developments in the city, is set to become the second-tallest building globally. This impressive skyscraper is expected to break numerous records, not just the DJ kind, but those recognized worldwide, upon its completion.
Initially announced in early 2024, developers have recently disclosed the towering height of the Burj Azizi, which will soar to an astonishing 725 meters. At level 126, the nightclub will be a significant highlight, promising an exhilarating experience for nightlife enthusiasts. This height is notably just shy of the iconic Burj Khalifa, which stands at 828 meters.
While the current record for the highest nightclub remains somewhat ambiguous, it’s worth noting that Privilege, located on the 75th floor of the SLS hotel in Dubai, is among the tallest venues. Therefore, the Burj Azizi’s nightclub at the 126th floor is poised to offer fierce competition for the title of the highest nightclub in the world.
The Burj Azizi, with a staggering investment of Dhs6 billion, will be positioned prominently along Sheikh Zayed Road. This architectural marvel will consist of 131 storeys and will rank just behind the Burj Khalifa in the race for the tallest building globally. However, before you start planning your next epic night out, keep in mind that the completion of Burj Azizi is projected to take another four years.
If nightlife isn’t your scene, there’s no need for concern. The Burj Azizi will cater to a variety of interests with a plethora of amenities including wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and children’s play areas, ensuring something for everyone.
As previously reported, the Burj Azizi will feature a unique vertical mall spanning seven floors, alongside a luxurious ballroom and a beach club. In addition to its nightlife offerings, the developers are also promising several world records: the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest observation deck on level 130, the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122, and the highest hotel room located on level 118.
As is customary with significant developments in Dubai, Burj Azizi is expected to house a variety of high-end dining and entertainment options. Mirwais Azizi, Founder & Chairman of Azizi Developments, emphasized that the hotel within the building will embody a “seven-star” experience. He stated, “Our investment in Burj Azizi, which exceeds AED 6 billion, represents more than just the creation of an iconic structure; it is a commitment to transforming Sheikh Zayed Road and elevating Dubai’s skyline to new, unparalleled heights.”
Azizi further added, “Burj Azizi is not merely about its towering stature or prime location; with its innovative design and cutting-edge technology, this tower will offer ultra-luxury residences, a unique vertical shopping mall, the world’s highest observation deck, and a wealth of amenities and dining experiences, all set at extraordinary elevations. The seven-star hotel, crowned by the world’s highest lobby, will embody Dubai’s spirit, celebrating the world’s seven major cultures through its intricate interior design.”
