Global Village Set to Reopen in Dubai

Dubai’s beloved outdoor theme park, Global Village, is gearing up for its exciting reopening on Wednesday, October 16. This season, guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy unlimited access not only to Global Village but also to all the thrilling attractions at Dubai Parks and Resorts, which includes Motiongate, Real Madrid World, and LEGOLAND Water Park. This initiative is part of the new VIP offerings for the 29th season and is available through the Mega Gold and Mega Silver packs.

These packs come with the ultimate Dubai Parks and Resorts platinum annual pass, granting access to a plethora of entertainment options, including tickets to The Green Planet Dubai, Roxy Cinemas, and exclusive discounts at the Lapita Hotel and LEGOLAND Hotel. Families can look forward to plenty of exciting outings together.

Pricing for the Mega Gold pack starts at Dhs4,745, while the Mega Silver pack is available from Dhs3,245. Returning this season are the classic Global Village VIP tickets, with the Diamond VIP pack priced at Dhs7,350, the Gold pack at Dhs2,350, and the Silver pack at Dhs1,750. Additionally, one fortunate VIP pack holder will have the chance to win a cheque worth Dhs29,000, a special prize to celebrate the launch of the new season.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of last year’s offerings, ticket sales will be rolled out in three phases:

• Phase One: Starting on Saturday, September 21 at 10 AM, limited quantities of the new Mega Global Village VIP Packs will be available until Tuesday, September 24 at 9 AM, or until stocks last.
• Phase Two: This phase will commence on Tuesday, September 24 at 10 AM, focusing on pre-booking for every Global Village VIP ticket, including the new mega packs, with a pre-booking fee of Dhs150.
• Phase Three: On Saturday, September 28, all packs will be available for immediate purchase, continuing until stocks last.

As part of the VIP experience at Global Village, ticket holders can enjoy a host of exclusive benefits that regular ticket holders do not receive. VIPs will have access to a premium car park closest to the entrance and will be personally welcomed at the VIP entrance. Furthermore, they will benefit from VIP access to selected rides and receive up to 50% bonus points when topping up their Wonder Pass.

In addition to these perks, VIPs will have access to a dedicated concierge team to assist with any needs. Regular VIP packs also include offers to other family-friendly attractions, such as the Inside Burj Al Arab Tour, Sea Breeze, Roxy Cinema, and Dubai Parks and Resorts.

Feeling lucky? Those who purchase one of the VIP packs to celebrate the opening of Season 29 will also have the chance to uncover a grand prize of Dhs29,000 hidden within one of the packs.

Global Village operates from 4 PM to midnight, with Tuesdays reserved exclusively for ladies and families, excluding official public holidays. A ticket to Global Village grants access to the park’s 27 country pavilions, an authentic Emirati heritage area, and the vibrant Road of Asia. Additionally, guests can enjoy live performances and entry to the children’s theatre, with spectacular firework displays scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays.

Other attractions include the Carnaval Zone, featuring 170 rides, games, and fascinating exhibits like Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! This attraction showcases a range of eccentric displays, from visual illusions and pop culture memorabilia to bizarre artifacts, along with the Snowfest Ice Rink.

Adventure seekers can also explore Ripley’s Marvelous Mirror Maze, experience Ripley’s Moving Theater 4D, and brave The House of Fear attraction.
