This wave of new openings is the result of a collaboration between two renowned groups, RIKAS Hospitality Group and Paris Society, both of which are known for their exceptional dining establishments in the city.

RIKAS Hospitality Group has garnered accolades for its award-winning restaurants, such as Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine Du Faubourg, while Paris Society is celebrated for its stylish venue, Raspoutine. Together, they are bringing a delightful mix of European flair, Japanese cuisine, and beachside versions of beloved Dubai hotspots to the city. This collaboration promises to showcase top international talent from St. Tropez, Paris, and Dubai, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all. Gigi Rigolatto

Experience the enchanting St. Tropez vibes at this new beach club, set to open in October at J1 Beach. Gigi Rigolatto, which has made its mark in France, embodies the spirit of La Dolce Vita along with the vibrant lifestyle of St. Tropez. This venue will cater to guests of all ages, featuring a lush garden, a private pool, and a Tuscan aperitivo menu that is sure to delight. Adults can unwind at the Bellini bar while children can enjoy the whimsical Gigi Circus.

Maison Revka

Opening in November at Bluewaters, Maison Revka is a beloved establishment from Paris and St. Tropez, bringing a unique blend of Slavic soul and French elegance. This new beach club promises a full European experience with its diverse menu that features dishes like hearty smoked salmon and innovative pavlovas. Guests can relax by the pool in stylish cabanas and browse through a boutique offering fine foods and elegant household items.

Ninive Beach

Get ready for a magical ambiance filled with twinkling lights, lush greenery, and Middle Eastern-inspired decor when Ninive opens at J1 Beach in October. This restaurant, which already has locations at Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Bab Al Shams Hotel, specializes in cuisine that draws inspiration from the Middle East and North Africa, featuring influences from Iran, Iraq, Turkey, and Morocco. At J1 Beach, guests can expect to savor these exquisite flavors while enjoying the soothing beach atmosphere.

La Cantine Beach

Also set to launch in October at the new Delano Dubai on Bluewaters, La Cantine Beach will bring its Mediterranean charm to the shores of Dubai. Having already proven its popularity at Emirates Towers, this venue will continue to serve the vibrant, fresh dishes that patrons love. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to purchase some of La Cantine’s offerings at a retail store located on-site.

Gohan Restaurant

Gohan will make its debut in October at Delano Dubai, offering a delightful Japanese dining experience akin to its sister restaurant at Emirates Towers. This beachside location will provide both indoor and outdoor dining options, complemented by a terrace and bar for a relaxed atmosphere. The decor will reflect rich Japanese traditions, making it a perfect spot for a casual yet refined meal.
