The total investment for this remarkable project is estimated to be less than Dhs1 billion, featuring 512 residences that cater to a variety of lifestyles. Amaal 8 marks the inaugural project of the newly established property developer Amaal, which is led by Abdulla Lahej, the former CEO of Emaar Group. The name ‘Amaal’ is derived from the Arabic word for ‘aspiration,’ reflecting the company’s vision to create a living space where everyone in Dubai can envision themselves residing.
During Abdulla Lahej’s tenure at Emaar, some of Dubai’s most iconic developments were brought to life, including the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai Mall.

Construction of Amaal 8 is already underway, with sales for the residences set to launch on Saturday, October 5. A selection of one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, along with luxurious penthouses on the upper floors, will be available.
