The highly anticipated Delano Dubai has officially opened its doors, bringing a taste of Miami’s vibrant nightlife to the heart of the city. Situated at the former Caesars Resort and Julius Tower on Bluewaters Dubai, this exquisite hotel welcomes guests to indulge in luxury and elegance.
Following a strategic partnership between Dubai Holding and the owners of Delano Ennismore, Delano Dubai features an impressive array of accommodations, including 167 stylish guest rooms and 84 lavish suites. Among these is a spectacular five-bedroom penthouse, meticulously designed in the iconic Delano style.
Guests can look forward to a culinary journey with three unique dining and drinking concepts, developed in collaboration with the renowned Paris Society, known for their contributions to the bustling dining scene with popular venues like Raspoutine, which boasts locations in Dubai’s DIFC, Los Angeles, and Paris.
The Culinary Offerings at Delano Dubai
Delano Dubai promises to tantalize taste buds with its diverse range of restaurants and bars:
- Tutto Passa: An Italian gem that brings the essence of the Amalfi Coast to Bluewaters. With its amber-hued terrace, it’s the perfect spot for a delightful meal.
- Blue Door: A beachfront dining experience inspired by the beloved Miami Delano, set to open in November, offering a vibrant and refreshing atmosphere.

Stunning Interiors Inspired by Miami
The interiors of Delano Dubai are nothing short of breathtaking. Designed by leading studios including Elastic Architects, LaBottega, SA Consultants, and Y Design, the aesthetic is a modern interpretation of the sophisticated style that defines the global Delano brand. The hotel’s design draws inspiration from the original Miami location, which was famously crafted by Philippe Starck.
A Long-Awaited Arrival
The concept of a Delano in Dubai has been in discussion since 2008, with initial plans to launch in 2012 during the brand’s tenure with Morgans Hotel Group. Following its acquisition by the French hospitality giant Accor in 2020, the Ennismore division now oversees the Delano brand. Despite the closure of the original Delano at Miami Beach in 2020, there are exciting plans for its reopening in the future, thanks to a partnership with investment firm Cain International.
