As part of Atlantis Culinary Month, diners can enjoy specially crafted set menus at a significantly reduced price from 12 of Atlantis Dubai’s acclaimed restaurants. For instance, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, recognized as Time Out Dubai’s Restaurant of the Year for 2024, will offer a four-course menu featuring some of the restaurant’s most celebrated dishes for just Dhs680 per person.

Fans of Greek Mediterranean cuisine will be delighted to know that estiatorio Milos will present a bespoke menu, allowing diners to enjoy stunning views of the iconic Skyblaze fountain for Dhs550 per person. Meanwhile, Ling Ling will offer an enticing Asian four-course menu paired with mixed beverages for Dhs450 per person. Additionally, from Friday, November 1, to Sunday, November 10, Jaleo will feature a Spanish menu for just Dhs250, highlighting authentic tapas and refreshing mixed beverages.

Still hungry? At Atlantis The Palm, Hakkasan will showcase a lavish nine-course menu filled with the finest Cantonese flavors for Dhs550 per person. Nobu Dubai will also highlight the best of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with a six-course meal, also priced at Dhs550.

Families are warmly welcomed to join in on the fun, as both big and small food enthusiasts are encouraged to participate in weekend masterclasses. These hands-on experiences will be led by world-class chefs, making it a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best in the culinary field. For those looking to elevate their salad skills, the team at estiatorio Milos will guide participants in mastering its iconic Greek salad and ceviche. If you want to enhance your bao-making skills, Hakkasan will share intricate techniques during its workshop, while Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen will reveal secrets to crafting the perfect trifle.

As the month progresses, there will also be opportunities to meet some of your favorite celebrity chefs in person. On Friday, November 15, attendees can enjoy an exclusive supper club with Ariana Bundy at Ariana’s Persian Kitchen located at Atlantis The Royal. During this intimate gathering, 12 lucky diners will savor an array of dishes, including sabzi khordan, a medley of fresh herbs, and kabab koobideh, a traditional Iranian dish of chargrilled ground lamb. Sweet lovers will not want to miss the Baghlava Qazvini, delectable sticky nut-filled parcels that promise to delight.

This special month at Atlantis also features collaborations between culinary giants. On Thursday, November 7, and Friday, November 8, pastry maestro Christophe Devoille will join forces with fellow pastry chef Antonio Bachour for an exquisite afternoon tea experience at The Royal Tearoom.
