What’s the difference between the Dubai Spartan Trifecta races?
In 2025, the Spartan Trifecta weekend will feature three distinct races, each designed to challenge your endurance in unique ways. The Sprint race on Saturday, January 25, will cover a distance of 5 kilometers and present participants with 20 different obstacles, which include wall climbs, a barbed wire crawl, and a spear throw. On average, this race takes about 1 hour and 32 minutes to complete.
The Super race, taking place on Sunday, January 26, doubles the distance to 10 kilometers and adds five additional obstacles, including a climbing bender and the daunting stairway to Sparta. Participants can expect to spend approximately 1 hour and 46 minutes navigating this course.
