PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING A TOUR, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS.
Definitions
"The Company," "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to ONKA Aviation LLC FZ, which operates the website dubaihelicopter.ae.
"The Operator": Refers to Falcon Aviation Services Ltd, the GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority of the UAE) licensed and authorized entity that conducts the actual helicopter tour service.
"You," "The Client," "The Passenger": Refers to the person or persons booking a helicopter tour through our Company.
"The Service": Refers to the helicopter tour flight provided by the Operator.
General Conditions
Our Company acts as a booking agent for the Operator for helicopter tours. All flights are conducted under the terms, conditions, and regulations set forth by the Operator and are subject to the rules of the UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Check-in & Required Documents
All passengers are required to arrive at the check-in counter at the Operator's designated heliport at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.
All passengers must present their original passport or UAE National ID (Emirates ID) at the time of check-in. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Passengers who are late for check-in or fail to provide the required identification documents will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight time will be free of charge.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the flight time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight time are non-refundable, and 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
No-Show: In the event of a passenger's failure to check in on time, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by the Operator (Weather & Other Reasons)
Flights may be cancelled by the Operator due to adverse weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, or other operational/technical reasons.
In such an event, your flight will be rescheduled to the next available date free of charge. If rescheduling is not possible, your payment will be fully refunded.
Insurance & Liability
ONKA Aviation LLC FZ (dubaihelicopter.ae) operates solely as a booking agent.
Falcon Aviation Services Ltd, as the operator of the service, holds full passenger liability insurance covering the passengers and the helicopter in accordance with the laws of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
All responsibility and liability related to the execution, safety, and operation of the flight rests entirely with the Operator (Falcon Aviation Services Ltd). Any claims or legal actions related to the flight must be directed to the Operator.
Flight Routes & Durations
All flight routes and durations mentioned are approximate. Routes may be altered at the discretion of the Operator's pilot due to directives from air traffic control or for other safety-related reasons.
Safety Policy & Passenger Weight
The Operator reserves the right to weigh all passengers before the flight.
An individual passenger's weight and the total passenger weight must not exceed the helicopter's weight and balance limits.
Pregnant passengers or those with serious medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before flying.
Photography & Video
Photography and video for personal use are permitted during the flight.
Professional or commercial photography and videography require prior permission and may be subject to additional fees.
All cameras must comply with security regulations.
Code of Conduct
All passengers must follow the instructions of the Operator's staff and the pilot.
Any passenger whose conduct endangers the safety of the flight, distracts the pilot, or disturbs other passengers may be removed from the flight without a refund.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute between the parties, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Prohibited Items for Your Helicopter Tour
For the safety and security of all our passengers and crew, and in accordance with general aviation safety standards, the carriage of certain items and devices is strictly prohibited.
The following items and devices are strictly forbidden to be carried on your person or in your baggage during the tour:
Liquid Oxygen Devices
Any device containing liquid oxygen, even for personal medical use, is prohibited.
Toxic & Infectious Substances
Poisonous or biologically hazardous materials that could cause infection, such as viruses or bacteria.
Oxidizers or Organic Peroxides
Chemical substances that can cause or accelerate combustion.
Firearms / Replicas
Real firearms, replica (imitation) firearms, and their ammunition.
Hoverboards
All types of hoverboards, electric skateboards, and similar self-balancing scooters.
Electroshock / Disabling Devices
Devices such as stun guns, tasers, and similar items designed to incapacitate.
Security Cash Boxes / Bags / Attaché Cases
Specialized security cases and bags that contain internal alarm mechanisms, lithium batteries, or pyrotechnic materials.
Explosives
All types of explosive materials, detonators, grenades, mines, and fireworks.
Flammable Liquids
Easily ignitable liquids such as gasoline, thinners, paints, acetone, etc.
Compressed Gases
Gases stored under pressure, such as spray cans, butane, propane, and oxygen cylinders.
Corrosives
Chemicals that can burn or corrode other materials, such as acids, alkalis, mercury, and wet cell batteries.
Radioactive Materials
Any type of radioactive isotope or material.
Matches / Lighters
All types of lighters and matches are generally restricted.
Magnetic Materials
Materials that emit a strong magnetic field which could interfere with the helicopter's navigational systems.
Note: This list reflects general aviation safety regulations. The tour operator may have additional restrictions. It is always recommended to check the specific security rules provided by the operator before your tour.
